M. Faozan began his career with KarimSyah as a paralegal, and has since become an associate. Faozan mainly handles corporate matters, including assisting with legal due diligence relating to debt restructuring, foreign investment, and employment issues. Occasionally, Faozan also deals with contentious matters, often assisting in fact finding for litigation purposes as well as acting as assistant counsel in employment disputes.
