Dioputra Ilham Oepangat is the most recent associate to join KarimSyah. He has assisted clients in several international and domestic arbitrations, criminal and civil proceedings as well as corporate restructuring. Among others, Ilham assisted an international organization in criminal proceedings for a complex embezzlement case, and acted as assistant counsel for a multinational energy service provider in a shipping arbitration seated in Jakarta. Since his university days, Ilham has coached and participated in a range of moot teams in Universitas Indonesia, and is a former vice president of its international law moot court society. Ilham graduated cum laude as male valedictorian from Universitas Indonesia in 2019, and is a music producer in his spare time.
